Progress.........

Ok , we have the remodel complete! The crew is gone and it looks good, all new floors, paint on the walls and cleaned up. Now we have to start the restock!! Checkout the new pictures.

As you can see we are done with the remodel, although I have figured out this is just the halfway point. The pictures above are of the front entry area. The only thing we have put back up front is one lock cabinet. The rest is yet to be determined. We are going to build a deck display with several railing options and a new column display. The rest is a mystery, if it was up to our suppliers we would have a cluttered mess just like before.

Now these pictures are of the new window and door area. In the top picture to the right you see the short knee wall , that is where you will find Craig;.Then to the left through the opening would be where I was standing for the second shot. That is the new window and door area. Stay tuned I will update it again in a few days........................Good things to come.....................

BEEP!, BEEP!!!!!! BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!! BEEP, BEEP!!!!!!

I always wanted to do that. Now you think I have something important to say. Made me laugh anyway..

Actually I do have some neat news. We are remodeling. We have knocked down walls and ripped up floors and cleaned out the whole front counter area. I have a whole new respect for the folks who undertake such things. It has been chaos all day everyday.

 

All this just for you our favorite customer. Give us another week (maybe two this is remodeling) and you will need to come by just to see the improvements. All the stuff I said we have torn up and ripped up, will be brand new with a coat of paint just for the finishing touch.

Seriously though, it should really turnout nice. We are moving Craig our window and door guru up front and putting him in our new show room. Now you won't have to walk out into the warehouse just to see the window and door samples. Plus nobody really did that anyway, to much trouble! Now it will be kept up and more modern.

We are getting our suppliers to step up with new displays also. Then we are going to build a few deck displays so you can see the decking down on the floor. Instead of a six inch sample. Hopefully we are going to incorporate the exterior metal balusters into it as well.

Overall, we are just trying to become more customer oriented, anything we can do to help you, the customer make a sale. As I have already said give us a few weeks and stop by. Check back in a few days I will keep you up to date on the progress.
